Two Amish brothers from Missouri who pleaded guilty to two counts of third-degree child molestation with their 13 Year-Old sister might get their probation revoked for contacting her.
22 Year-Old Aaron, 22 and 18 Year-Old Petie Schwartz both avoided jail time broke court orders that ask them to stay away from the victim.
The victim who was 13 years-old around the time was raped by Aaron and Petie, along with two younger brothers, had managed to walk free from jail.
The Schwartz brothers’ plea deal included 10-year suspended prison terms, with five years of probation.
“These two young men would’ve been eaten alive in the state prison system,” Webster County prosecutor Ben Berkstresser said.
However, on Friday a motion was filed to revoke the pairs probation after they were accused of “having contact with the victim of the crime, after signing the sex offender supervision agreement that prohibited contact with the victim.
