Tipton, 26, pulled into the service bay at a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Roseville, Michigan, around 9:30 a.m.
Sources say Zurlon had a transmission leak in his vehicle which caused him to reach in his duffel bag that had two guns inside…one of the guns accidentally went off and shot him in the stomach.
Moments after Tipton was still able to speak with people on the scene and was expected to survive, but did not make it.
