Ohio man was arrested for possession of marijuana after calling police to help him unlock his car Thursday afternoon.
Keith Deloach, called police around 3:23 p.m. because he locked his keys inside of his car. When police arrived they unlocked the vehicle and smelled a strong marijuana odor.
