WAYNE, NJ Councilman Richard Jassterzbski has been accused of harassment after he screamed at a township woman in a video released the day before the primary election Tuesday.
Jasterzbski can be heard yelling at Susan Enderly-Peracchio at the Passaic County Regular Republican Organization’s headquarters on Hamburg Turnpike Sunday. Enderly-Peracchio could not be reached for comment.
