Police are looking for a women that was caught on video dumping a bag full of puppies in a dumpster.
The disturbing video was captured in Coachella, California, and authorities are looking for the woman that left them.
The pups were wrapped in a plastic bag near a NAPA Auto Parts store on Thursday afternoon.
A passerby discovered the bag, and a store employee then contacted animal services. The puppies were about three days old and believed to be terrier mixes, animal services said.
