St. Louis County, MO A 15-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of his 34-year-old father, Jonathan Brown, in what authorities are calling a tragic and shocking incident in St. Louis County.
Police responded to a home on Glen Garry Road in the Glasgow Village area on January 7 after receiving reports of a suspicious death. Upon arrival, officers discovered Brown suffering from at least one gunshot wound to the head. Despite efforts to save him, Brown was pronounced dead at the scene.
Following a thorough investigation, law enforcement arrested the teenage suspect on January 11. He has been charged with second-degree murder and armed criminal action, according to St. Louis County police. Because of his age, the teen’s name has not been released, and he remains in the custody of St. Louis County Family Court.
