A civil lawsuit involving NFL wide receiver Tyreek Hill is progressing in court, with allegations that a backyard football training session led to a serious leg injury suffered by influencer and model Sophie Hall .
The lawsuit, filed in Florida civil court, alleges that Hill caused significant injury during a casual training drill conducted at his home.
According to court filings from the plaintiff, fitness trainer and social media personality Sophie Hall, the incident occurred during a football-style blocking exercise in which she was participating.
Court documents allege that Hall was invited to Hill’s residence after prior interactions related to youth football activities.
During the session, she took part in a series of blocking drills designed to simulate football contact.
The complaint claims that after Hall successfully resisted one of the initial engagements, Hill responded with increased force during a subsequent rep, resulting in a collision that caused a severe fracture to her leg.
Hall’s legal filing states she required medical treatment and ongoing rehabilitation following the incident.
The lawsuit further argues that the activity exceeded the bounds of a casual or controlled training environment and that the force used was inappropriate for the setting.
