An 84-year-old Asian man who was attacked last year while outside a bus in San Francisco hasn’t been outside since.
Rong Xin Liao was sitting on his walker when out of nowhere a stranger took viciously kicked him to the ground.
Footage shows the elderly man hitting the ground during the attack which left him with a scar on his head.
