Defense attorneys say footage from the cop’s body camera shows him placing a bag of drugs
in an alley before he and two other officers walk onto the street. The officer goes back to the alley, sifts through some trash and “finds the bag of drugs.” The Baltimore Police Commissioner says the officer’s been suspended and an investigation is underway.
