After spending the last six years behind bars on illegal firearm and conspiracy charges rapper Bobby Shmurda was released today.
Rapper Quavo recently announced to his fans that he himself plans to pick up Bobby as a big welcome home gift.
“I’m going to get my guy, “I’m personally gonna go pick up Bobby Shmurda. I’m ‘bout to go get him. I’m gonna let him show you how I’m gonna pick him up, yessir. It’s gonna be big.”
Video surfacing online shows Quavo apparently picking up the rapper at the airport Tuesday.
Bobby was released on parole from the Clinton Correctional Facility in Dannemora, N.Y., according to state records. He’ll be supervised for five years, the records said.
