Police releases surveillance footage taken just moments before rapper Bankroll Fresh was gunned down.
The footage, seen below, appears to show Bankroll Fresh with an assault rifle, police stating they have reason to believe he fired the first shot, though a motive is not yet clear.
Authorities said they haven’t released the entire video because it’s too graphic.
