Disney Sued After Ex-Employee Filmed Up The Skirts Of Female Guests

A family decided to sue Walt Disney after Ex-Employee Jorge Diaz-Vega, 28 Allegedly took images of a 14 year-old girl back in 2023 while he was working at a souvenir store.

Diaz was accused of filming videos up the skirts and dresses of female guests, according to investigative documents recently filed in Orange County Clerk of Court.

They said the company could’ve been avoided the behavior after a female co worker caught him in the act way before March 30, 2023, but Disney failed to sufficiently investigate.

He allegedly admitted to Orange County, Florida, deputies in a post-Miranda interview on March 31, 2023 that he had been doing this at the Disney World theme parks for six years that he worked for them.

Vega’s alleged actions while employed at a retail store o included recording more than 600 images and videos found on his mobile device.
