63 Year-Old Bradley Smith of Ohio fatally shot his son Andrew Smith, 28 while deer hunting authorities said.
According to (newsweek.com) Bradley said that he mistook his son for a deer while they was out hunting on December 2nd around 5 o’clock.
Bradley and his son was hunting with a group of friends in Ohio’s Delaware County, when the shooting took place.
The father apparently shot his son after mistaking him for a deer and he explained to authorities that his son didn’t have on any orange hunting clothing when the shooting occurred.

‘It’s just the worst kind of tragedy,’ Tracy Whited, spokeswoman for the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office said. ‘He thought he was shooting at a deer. It was his son.’
Andrew was pronounced dead and No charges will be filed against his father Bradley Smith
