Photos released by Dailymail shows gunman Robert Willams strapped down to a hospital bed after allegedly shooting two cops in the Bronx.
Robert open fire at a police station on Sunday wounding a lieutenant in the upper left arm and firing his weapon until his clip was empty.
After firing multiple rounds at close range inside the gunman allegedly placed his gun on the floor and laid down to surrender.
Williams also fired his weapon at two officers late Saturday injuring one before escaping on foot.
