Michigan landlord Chad Reed, 53 has been charged with open murder after killing his two tenants, Joseph Soule, 34, and Jaclyn Lepird, 31, on Oct. 7, 2020, during an argument over noise they were making.
Reed turned himself in on Thursday and he recently confessed to killing his tenants over the couple partying too much which allegedly kept him awake at night.
Family members reported the couple missing Oct. 12, five days after they were last seen alive.
He was also charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and three counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
