Man Caught Pleasuring Self With Elmo Doll Violates Probation.

Michigan: A 59-year-old home inspector who was caught on camera during a home inspection pleasuring himself with an Elmo doll violates his probation.

The individual in question was caught back in 2022 engaging inappropriate and unacceptable conduct with a child’s Elmo doll during a professional home inspection. This behavior is a clear breach of the public’s trust and the standards expected of individuals in such roles. Appropriate legal actions will be taken to address this matter and ensure accountability.

Records shows that Kevin Wayne VanLuven who was sentenced in December 2022 to 19 days of jail with credit for time served, and 18 months of probation recently violated.

VanLuven was caught on camera pleasing himself with a Tickle Me Elmo doll in a 2 year-old boys room back in 2022.

During a home visit the child’s mother decided to check her surveillance camera in order to review the status of the inspection, only to find that the defendant VanLuven getting nasty with her sons toy.

VanLuven was convicted with aggravated indecent exposure and acquitted him of malicious destruction of personal property less than $200.

Video shows him standing at the bedroom closet, facing away from the camera, and committing the act. He then zipped up and placed the doll out of frame on the other side of the room. As he did so, the Elmo doll is heard emitting a prerecorded laugh. VanLuven stood up, and while breathing hard, appeared to briefly make eye contact with the camera.
