A retired NYPD Officer celebrating his 50th birthday was assaulted at a bar over a hat he wore.
Daniel Sprague uploaded photos of his injuries via Facebook showing a bloody face.
According to Sprague he said him and his wife went to a bar in Tennessee last week for his Birthday when a female punched him in the face over his “Make 50 Great Again” hat.
Sprague was given the hat by his wife as a 50th birthday gift.
