
Two Florida men were arrested on Monday after they pulled out guns and threatened to shoot a Mc Donald’s cashier for giving them cold burgers.
Jawan Davis Jr. and Jordon Dunn, both 20 from St. Augustine pulled into a Palm Coast McDonald’s Drive-thru where they ordered 5 burgers.
According to police Davis felt that the burgers were cold and demanded the employee to remake their food.
A worker at the window said that they both pulled their guns on him saying that their food was cold and demanding it be remade.
A staff member told the men they would remake their food and then called 911.
When Flagler County deputies arrived both men were still in the drive-thru and placed under arrest
In the car Deputies found a BB gun, a second handgun that was stolen in St. John’s County and a small amount of marijuana was also found inside the passenger’s door.
Davis is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and grand theft of a firearm. Dunn is charged with marijuana possession and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
