Cook County Sheriff’s release body cam footage of police harassing a man walking through a Neighborhood on July 6th 2022.
According to officers they received calls of an individual taking pictures of houses in Northbrook, Illinois.
The suspect was arrested for a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and misdemeanor obstructing an officer. Thoughts?
