According to Dailymail Justin and singer Post Malone both performed at a Houston nightclub and cell phone video captures Bieber putting out what looked to be a cigarette on Malone’s arm.
Photos surfaced around the internet showing Post Malone putting Justin Bieber in check with his hand wrapped around Justin’s neck.
