A disturbing video was captured showing a officer aggressively assaulting his K-9 partner by pulling on it’s leash aggressively.
The cop made a traffic stop where he suspected drugs to be found , the man filming the interaction caught the cop on camera hurting his dog for not finding anything.
It appears that the officer got frustrated and chokes the dog before the video ends. Thoughts?
