An argument on social media turned into a deadly shooting that caused a woman seriously injured and 18 year-old Isaiah Fitzgerald his life at a Sikeston park.
Police were called to Rotary Park in Sikeston, Missouri on Tuesday for reports of gunfire. That is where they found the victims and the suspects.
According to www.kfvs12.com 18-year-old Kaleb M. Ramsey, from Morehouse, and 20-year-old Tanner Watkins, from Sikeston are both in custody on no-bond warrants and charged with 1st-degree murder, 3 counts of 1st-degree assault, 4 counts of unlawful use of a weapon, armed criminal action and endangering the welfare of a child.
Officers found and identified all people involved in the incident. During the investigation, it was determined there were two victims from the shooting: an 18-year-old man who was pronounced dead at a local hospital and an 18-year-old woman who sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported for medical care.

Sikeston DPS Criminal Investigations Unit is currently investigating the incident with the assistance of The Southeast Missouri Major Case Squad, which comprises investigators from Sikeston DPS, state Highway Patrol, Scott County Sheriff’s Office and the New Madrid County Sheriff’s Office.
“The investigation is still ongoing, and no further information is being released at this time,” Rowe said. “The names of the victims are not being released out of respect for the families.”
