Police arrested Michael Baker after horrifying video shows him pointing a gun at a Lyft driver.
The footage inside the car captured the moment the driver had a gun pointed to his head on Howard Avenue Friday night.
The incident happened when the driver went to pick up a passenger
Baker was arrested Saturday and faces charges of robbery and assault.
Police are still working to identify the second suspect seen in the video.
