During the trial of four defendants accused in the killing of rapper Julio Foolio, a detective testified while presenting a compilation of surveillance footage from a hotel and a Tesla’s “Sentry Mode.”
The video showed a black Chevy Impala and a silver Chevy Cruze repeatedly circling the parking lot before the shooting.
It also captured three armed individuals, including one firing a rifle in rapid bursts close enough to the Tesla to trigger its alarm from the shockwave.
Additional footage showed the victim’s Dodge Charger attempting to flee, two other vehicles colliding amid the chaos, and one suspect striking his head against a tree while running.
