Alabama Linebacker Tries To Fight Coach During National Championship Game.

Alabama linebacker Mekhi Brown had a meltdown during the National Championship Game on Monday.

It was third quarter when Brown was flagged for a personal foul on a kickoff return after he threw a punch at a Georgia player Wyatt Payne.

Crimson Tide coach Nick Saban yelled at Brown for the penalty, leaving the player even angrier.

Brown was then shown on camera trying to go after one of Alabama’s coaches before a teammate stepped in to pull him away.

While the moment was not a good one for Brown, the linebacker would eventually get back into the game.

Brown, who has played special teams this season, later made a tackle on a Georgia kick return.

Anger on the sideline would also fade after the Crimson Tide overcame a 13-point deficit to win the National Championship against Georgia with a 26-23 victory in overtime.
