Rodney Hinton Jr, the man who used a vehicle to hit and kill deputy Larry Henderson on May 2 is charged with aggravated murder.
Hinton Jr, 38 alleged attack came hours after he watched police footage of the fatal encounter with his son Ryan Hinton who was gunned down by officers .
Ryan, 18 had allegedly brandished a gun during a stolen vehicle investigation, resulting in his death by police officers.
The police chief of Cincinnati mentioned a possible connection between the two cases involving Rodney Hinton Jr. and Larry Henderson.
During Rodney Hinton Jr.’s court appearance, a disturbance occurred outside the courtroom involving a man claiming a familial relationship to one of the individuals involved.
