The DoorDash driver dismissed after posting a video of a naked customer appeared in Oswego City Court on Thursday morning, Dec. 4, for a formal arraignment.
Olivia Henderson, 23, is accused of filming and sharing a video taken through a customer’s front door that showed him lying naked on his couch.
Henderson later filed a police report claiming the incident constituted sexual harassment against her. However, investigators instead charged her, alleging she illegally recorded the explicit footage and distributed it to thousands on TikTok.
According to court documents, Henderson is accused of “degrading” the victim by capturing “intimate parts of such person at a place and time when such person has a reasonable expectation of privacy, without such person’s knowledge or consent.”
Henderson declined to comment outside the courthouse, where her father shielded her face as she walked to her car.
She is scheduled to return to court in January.
