A California family is suing the Los Angeles Dodges for $17 million dollars after they say they were beaten up by stadium security guards.
The lawsuit, filed claims that Dodgers security targeted the family because they were Latino.
The confrontation was captured on camera in Oct. 9, 2019 after the Dodgers lost Game 5 to the Washington Nationals.
The video showed several team security members chasing down a man and swarming him as he is pulled into some bushes.
48 Year-Old Rigoberto Verdin and his children attended the game in October, which the Dodgers lost in the 10th inning. The incident, they said, happened as they were leaving following the loss.
