A 19-year-old Florida woman is facing another legal issue after police say she was kicked out of a restaurant for allegedly having sex inside the bathroom — then escalated the situation by spitting in the face of a manager.
According to authorities, the incident happened on August 1, 2026, at Shiso Crispy in St. Petersburg, Florida. Police say employees confronted Pasco County resident Hayley Serball after discovering she was allegedly engaged in sexual activity inside the restaurant’s bathroom.
As staff members escorted her out of the business, investigators say Serball allegedly turned around and spit directly in the face of general manager Kaleena Conklin, 37.
Officers reported that the spit was “visible on the victim’s face” and that multiple witnesses were present during the alleged attack.
Serball was arrested and charged with simple battery. She was booked into jail before later being released after posting a $1,000 bond.
However, police say this isn’t the teenager’s first run-in with the law.
Court records reportedly show Serball is currently involved in multiple criminal cases, including allegations connected to auto theft, aggravated assault with a firearm, and criminal mischief.
In a previous case, authorities accused Serball of being involved in an aggravated assault with a firearm and an auto burglary. She was also reportedly accepted into a pretrial diversion program after being accused of slashing a vehicle tire while wearing a black mask outside a Port Richey residence.
With several cases already attached to her name at just 19 years old, officials say Serball could face more serious consequences if additional incidents continue.
