A 17-year-old Georgia teen was recently taken into custody and accused of being involved in the deaths of her mother and stepfather.
On Tuesday, July 8, Sarah Grace Patrick surrendered to authorities and faced charges of two murders and two aggravated assaults as per the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office.
Officers stated during a press briefing that Sarah surrendered willingly for the killings of her mother Kristin Brock, aged 41, and stepfather James Brock, aged 45, on February 20, 2025.
Her parents were discovered fatally shot in their Carrollton residence by deputies who arrived at the scene on February 20. The bodies were found in the bedroom of the family home.
A press release posted on Facebook stated that the victims passed away from apparent gunshot injuries.
