A 13-Year-Old Manatee County girl is accusing five male teens of gang raping her after she snuck out of her home to watch Netflix with a 15-year-old suspect.
So far 4 out of the five teens were arrested this week and charged with sexual battery. Police has not yet caught up with the fifth student..
Sources say that the girl left her home on Aug. 18 to Netflix and Chill when the 15-year-old boy walked her to a bedroom and later shut the door behind him.
The two watched TV and four others soon arrived at the Bradenton residence
The five males then argued about her age and about “her being a virgin,” according to the affidavit.
The five of them then raped her one at a time, she told cops.
The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office began investigating earlier this month after she reported the attacks. The suspects ranged in age from 15 to 18, with an 18-year-old accused attacker identified as Timothy Hinds.
The suspects attend Braden River High School. A parent said she was surprised she was not told about the allegations.
