Rapper Glorilla Was Arrested For Drug Possession After Burglary Investigation

Glorilla Arrested for Drug Possession Amid Burglary Probe

In 2024, the Memphis female artist known as Glorilla got arrested for DUI in Gwinnett County. Despite being released, she later found herself back in jail.

Today, TMZ exclusively revealed that Glo, whose real name is Gloria Hallelujah Woods, was involved in a burglary incident, resulting in her arrest for felony drug possession.

The legal team criticized the police for requesting a search warrant for the 25-year-old rapper instead of going after the intruders.

The Forsyth Sheriff’s Office reported that deputies responded to her residence in the St. Marlo Subdivision at approximately 1:30 a.m. on Saturday. Initial findings indicated that three individuals were reportedly engaged in theft and were fired upon by a resident of the household prior to the arrival of law enforcement.

The suspects ran away, and no one was injured, the sheriff’s office said.

Deputies detected the odor of marijuana when they arrived at the residence. They later came back with a search warrant and discovered a substantial quantity of the drug within the house.

The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office stated that Gloria Woods was not present at home and surrendered herself on July 22.

Charged with felony possession of marijuana and a schedule I controlled substance, she was subsequently released on a $22,260 bond.
