Kanye West’s Ex-Assistant Alleges Sexual Assault Claims

According to new legal documents, Kanye West’s ex-personal assistant has leveled additional grave accusations against the rapper, including claims of sexual assault and other misconduct.

According to TMZ Lauren Pisciotta, who initially filed a lawsuit against Kanye West in 2024 for alleged inappropriate messages and videos followed by her termination, submitted an updated complaint this week.

The new filing accuses Kanye of various offenses including assault, battery, stalking, sexual battery, sex trafficking, false imprisonment, and additional misconduct.

While on a work trip to San Francisco, Pisciotta mentioned that they were lodging at a hotel while launching Ye’s new Donda school, and Kanye began making unwelcome gestures.

Pisciotta alleges that Kanye engaged in sexual activity with her and then abruptly fell asleep while in the middle of a conversation with her.

Kanye allegedly entered Pisciotta’s hotel room, forced his way in, pushed her onto the bed, pinned her down, and forced his penis into her mouth despite her begging him to stop. Pisciotta says she was frozen in shock and fear.

Ye ceased his actions, expressed regret to her, and exited the room.

Following the incident, Pisciotta claims that Kanye left the hotel without any further interaction.

Pisciotta asserts that she was left traumatized and fearful following the encounter.

The lawsuit further alleges that Kanye’s actions were premeditated and intentional.

Pisciotta emphasizes the severe emotional distress she has experienced since the incident.

The legal filing demands compensation for damages and punitive measures against Kanye for his alleged behavior.
