Body camera video captures the moment Kentucky police recues a woman who chained to a floor for two days.
Video shows Louisville Metro officers climbing through the 2nd-floor window of a home last Wednesday night after neighbors reported hearing screams for help.
When officers arrived to the home, they tried entering through the front door but couldn’t because the house was completely barricaded so they eventually used a ladder.
Upon entering through the window, they found the woman with a chain around her neck that was “bolted to the floor with screws”.
The woman broke through the window where she was being held captive.
Police arrested her estranged boyfriend, Moises May, and charged him with kidnapping, wanton endangerment, and assault, among other charges.
