Nicki Minaj's Husband Asks Judge For Permission To Accompany Her On Tour Overseas

According to Meghann Cuniff Nicki’s husband Kenneth Petty is asking a federal judge for permission to travel internationally for the Pink Friday 2 World tour.

Petty was convicted for the sexual assault back in 1995 at age 16, he was also sentenced by a federal judge in Los Angeles to serve house arrest after violating the terms of his three-year probation.

Notable that Petty’s lawyer tried to file the travel request – which is not opposed by the U.S. Attorney’s Office – under seal, but U.S. District Judge Michael Fitzgerald rejected him
