LAPD Body-Camera Officer caught Planting Drugs On Black Man.

Video footage obtained by CBS2 shows a Los Angeles police officer allegedly planting drugs on a man during a traffic stop.

The body-cam video was recorded in April when officers pulled over 52-year-old Ronald Shields for his alleged involvement in a hit-and-run crash. Police initially said they found a small bag of coke in the suspect’s wallet, but the footage tells a different story.

It appears to show a cop — identified only as LAPD Officer Gaxiola — picking up the small bag while Shields is turned around getting handcuffed. The officer can be heard bragging about the “bag of narco” and gesturing to other officers and allegedly tucking it inside Shields’ wallet.
