Streamer Banned Until 3024 After Shooting Innocent Bystander

AUSTIN, Texas — Amaris “XenaTheWitch” Sampson, a live streamer on Kick, was arrested following a paintball gun incident during a scavenger hunt near East Riverside.

The incident took place on Saturday, August 9, around 5:55 p.m. at 2200 South Lakeshore Boulevard. According to police, video footage shows several live streamers armed with paintball guns taking part in the scavenger hunt.

A victim reported being struck by a paintball, resulting in pain and injury.

After an investigation, a warrant was issued for Amaris Sampson, who now faces charges of Assault with Bodily Injury and Deadly Conduct, both classified as Class A misdemeanors.

The allegations state that Sampson intentionally caused bodily harm by shooting a victim with a paintball and recklessly endangered others by discharging a paintball gun in a public area without taking proper safety precautions.

In response to XenaTheWitch’s reckless act of shooting an innocent woman with a paintball gun, the streaming platform Kick has imposed an unprecedented 999-year ban on her account.
