Taco Bell Cashier refused service to Two sheriff’s deputies

We Don’t Serve Cops….Two Alabama Sheriff deputies were refused service at a Taco Bell in Alabama.

On Saturday Lee County sheriff’s deputies made a pit stop at a Taco Bell in Phenix City when a rudely cashier told the pair and an officer’s wife the eatery didn’t serve cops.

The officers first took it as a joke, but the tone took a serious shift after they asked the cashier if she was kidding.

“No, I’m not serving you,” the cashier allegedly responded, according to Sheriff Jay Jones.

“This really disturbs me that people have started treating law enforcement professionals in this manner when these same law enforcement professionals put their lives on the line every day to protect all people, including this woman with a very bad attitude at Taco Bell,” Tammy Bush Mayo, a deputy’s wife who was at the fast food chain, wrote on Facebook.

She also recalled a customer who was happy the cashier refused to serve the officers, claiming the Taco Bell patron would have asked for a refund because she “didn’t want to eat somewhere with a cop.”
